Method of Payment:
Our shopping cart system uses Paypal to process payments
safely and easily online. If you elect not to use Paypal
we also accept almost any form of payment directly over
the phone, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover Card as well as personal checks, business checks
and COD orders.
Delivery:
Most orders are delivered within 14 to 28 business days
from the date of purchase. If for any reason, there
will be any delay in your delivery schedule we will
notify you immediately by e-mail and/ or telephone with
the expected delivery date. Some large and fragile artifacts
may require freight shipping and custom crating.
Packaging and Shipping
Insurance:
Packing an artifact or statue is a very specialized
process. We pay special attention to each and every
art piece to insure its safe delivery. Depend on the
size your items may be double boxed, crated, or shipped
on a palet. When the package arrives please be sure
to unpack the item carefully an examine it fully. Just
in case there is damage to your order please notify
us. Every order we ship has included shipping insurance.
Shipping Carrier:
We will deliver your statuary order via Fed
Ex Ground, UPS
Ground or by private freight carrier to almost most
location in the continental United States and Canada.

Tax:
Retail orders placed in California will have a 8.25%
sales tax automatically added to their grand total.
Orders from everywhere else will not be taxed.
International Shipping:
International orders may require 4-6 weeks, or more,
for delivery. We highly suggest that statuary buyers
outside of North America to please call or email us
with the details of your order so that we can give you
an accurate shipping and handling quote. Any international
shipping charges, such as shipping, handling, duties,
taxes, fees, etc. are the full responsibility of the
importer/ customer. |
