M Winged Victory This is the original classic marble angel statue, the victory, with winged extensions instead of arms, dates to the early 2nd century BC and comes from a Greek island. The winged victory was depicted as a winged female figure in ancient times, and the one from the isle of Samothrace is considered the most beautiful, powerful and majestic; it was made of classic marble and the angel statue set on a large stone pedestal in the shape of a ship's prow.
