Returns
and Refund Payments:
Refunds are given in the same form of payment as that
of the original purchase. If you pay by credit card,
a credit will appear on your next months statement,
if you paid with a check or money order, we will issue
a refund check.
Conditions for a Refund or Exchange:
We accept returns and exchanges when items are returned
in their original condition within thirty days of
initially receiving them in the mail. The refund or
exchange applies if your statuary isn't what you ordered,
has a flaw in the finish or is damaged from being
shipped there in the first place. Returns received
in good condition are subject to an 18% restocking
fee. Every faux finished item we sell is custom made
for each individual order. Upon receipt and verification
of the returned item we will refund the total amount,
minus restocking fees. Shipping and handling charges
are non- refundable.
Return Packing Tips:
When returning any product be sure to pack them carefully
to insure that the item(s) arrive undamaged. Some
items are fragile and must be packed at least as carefully
as the way it they were originally shipped. Large
items are custom crated and have insulatation in addition
to prevent damage in route.
Shipping Insurance:
Please get shipping insurance and/or certify the shipment
to protect yourself against loss or damage when returning
items. Refunds or replacements will only be issued
once the defective merchandise has been received by
us in their original condition.
Instructions for
Damaged Shipments:
If the statuary you received is broken, cracked, or
has any other damaged parts please notify us immediately
so we can make a report with the shipping carrier.
Please save all the broken parts, the container it
came in, and all the packing material for the shipper
to come out and do an on-site inspection of the damaged
package. All shipments we send are insured to cover
the costs to replace your order due to shipper negligence.
